Emanual who schedules pu and delivers on rugs was prompt in calling back when a message was left. He's guys that picked up our rug were just as nice as they could be. Very polite.

The person who cleaned our carpets was outstanding . He explained everything that he was doing and invited us to watch as he cleaned the rooms. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the company, their polices and procedures. I would recommend Zero Rez to all of my friends as well as to all of my family members.We don’t remember his name however, we will never forget how professional and well spoken he was. When my 7 pound Yorkie wanted all of my attention the young man talked to him and calmed him while not missing a beat on explaining his next procedure. This young man deserves an award for representing your company and also a raise!
