The young man who came out (Cole) made this a 5 star service. He explained everything and did an exceptional job. You don't mind having strangers come into your house when they are of this calibre and do this good of a job. Carpets are actually clean.
Logan was great at explaining the process. He offered an additional chemical due to pet stains and he explained why. He was fast and efficient and very courteous. Not to mention he got out several stains that had been there for years. Our carpet looks so good!

I say again, 'WOW!'. We keep our 5 small dogs and 4 6 week old puppies in our den where we spend most of our leisure time. The dogs race from there through the enclosed back porch (also carpeted) to the back yard and return to the den regularly throughout the day.
Both carpets get really soiled before we have them cleaned.
We have used a number of services, but Zerorez really does a phenomenally better job. And, with their carpet protectant, the carpets stay clean looking longer. Long live, Zerorez!
