Zerorez always does a great job cleaning my carpet. This time I had two chairs cleaned. They did a great job on them, too. I’m very happy with the efficient cleaning and their on time arrival.

I like the fact they don't use harsh chemicals to clean the carpets. Didn't think they would be able to clean the carpet downstairs as well as they did. Pretty sure the carpet down there has been there since the house was built in 1999. Pretty amazing.

Mika was very pleasant and professional. He explained what he would do, and immediately begin to work. He informed us to keep the fans on and that it should take about 6 hours for carpet to dry. He was right! The carpet looks great!
