Totally impressed with this service. Our technician was super with total attention to detail in the job. Our carpets had not been cleaned in 4 years with obvious traffic dirt tracks. The attention to detail was great and the care to meet our expectations surpassed my goals. Our carpets look great, dirty heavy traffic areas clean. Our technician was friendly, detail oriented, very efficient in his job, on time anld explained what he was doing. I plan to call Zerorez for all my cleaning needs.

I'm a big fan of communication and customer service. Therefore greatly appreciate the service this company provided. The confirmation of appointments via e-mails and phone helped us remember our appointment, as well as letting my family know when the technician was on their way to our house. I was not there when the technician arrived but my husband let me know that they were very friendly and were helpful when my husband wanted to add on an extra service. The technician cleaned three rooms, a hallway, and stairs and all ended up looking amazingly clean (almost like we had new carpets). They were able to clean out spots I thought were never going to get out. The technician was courteous and provided excellent service.
