I had a pretty bad pet stain that resurfaced after being treated with pet enzymes. Terrell came back out and determined that it had gotten into the padding so it resurfaced after the initial cleaning. He retreated and extracted the stain from the padding so that it is now gone. I'm so thankful for the great service these guys provide!!

I am pleased with the results. A day later, my carpet is dried...so not over wet during the process. I vaccumed today. There is one spot renal,ing...but it was horrible before you guys cleaned it..so I call that a success. Trey..the tech..was pleasant and professional. I recommended you guys to my sister. Perhaps you could offer a referral credit to customers who use you thru a reference.
