We had four area rugs cleaned. Pick up and delivery service was efficient and friendly. The rugs came back looking and smelling like new, after years of our furry family members shedding fur and having "accidents". We would definitely use Zerorez again!
The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was polite and knowledgeable. I would ask that you let your customers know assuredly what time your crew will be arriving to clean. The only personal disappointment with the service was that I was told one time and his arrival was later in the morning. Overall, thank you for doing a good job when you arrived. I’m truly pleased with the results as our carpet looks great. I’ll likely call you again!
