How careful and polite my service technician was. His name was Brian and he explained the process was beginning to end. I have already recommended them to friends.

I appreciate the effort Josh put into making sure our sectional was cleaned properly.He was cordial and professional.

My first experience was not a pleasant one as the technician accidentally backed his vehicle into my car and damaged the bumper which had to be replaced. While I acknowledge that Zerorez was responsible and took care of the expenses, I was disappointed that there was no offer of any compensation (i.e., discount on future cleaning or on services rendered. However, with that being said, I wanted to try Zerorez again because depite the incident, my carpets were cleaned.

This time, I had a FANTASTIC technician (William - Corey) who was very professional and actually put down yellow plastic protectors on each corner of my wall. He explained the services and offered other services that were available. He had great conversation and was showing me what he was doing to get the carpets cleaned. Although, we do not walk on our carpets, it was great to get them smelling so fresh and clean. We were very happy and will use Zerorez again, this time, we will request (William-Corey)!

I was very impressed with service tech Treq Calhoun. His 5th house of the day and 6000 square feet of white carpet to do. Knocked it out of rhe park, myself and the house keeper agree its the cleanest jts been in years, long time stains gone!

Whatever you do, ask for Treq or someone he has trained. He should be the regional trainer, his work ethic and results are excellent. Thanks Treq!

I have had my carpets cleaned before and I have always been happy! The carpets feel softer.

I got the upholstery cleaning for the first time on this visit. I am so happy with how my couch looks! It's so nice to know I can have them handle this as well.

Smells nice and chemical free

ZeroRez provided a first rate cleaning product. My light colored carpet had multiple stains that seemed impossible to remove. The technician prefaced the process by saying that due to the condition of the carpet it was quite possible that the stains would not come out. As such he offered to clean a small portion free of charge to see if it was to my satisfaction. Surprisingly that stains were removed and the remainder of the carpet was cleaned impeccably.

The technician as well as the office staff person were courteous and professional.

I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

The carpets come clean and it always looks great.

The technician, Montrellis, was amazing. VERY polite and explained everything thoroughly. Our satisfaction was his goal and he worked as if it was his own home. I hope we will be fortunate enough to have him every time we call.

They are here when they say they will be here, they work professionally, quickly for a good price. It dries quickly and leaves a clean but not overpowering scent.

I was amazed at how clean the carpets came. And the fact that you don’t use chemicals is even better. We have a 2 year old and we’re worried about him being around the chemicals. Mike Riera was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had an awesome experience with him. Very professional!!

The product cleaned the two chairs an they were just damp when finished. The carpet, walls and floors were protected. It was done in reasonable time . Michael explained the bill to me and was very courteous. Good job.
