I think one thing that would help is to inform the client what to expect when having your carpets cleaned. Don't assume a customer knows this because I did not. I am referring to stains that would not be removed from having your carpets cleaned such as pet stains. One of the
primary reasons I was having my carpet cleaned was to remove pet stains from previous pets.

I still needed my carpets cleaned so I was happy with the results

Kyle and the other guy (sorry, can't remember his name) who cleaned our HVAC system were great! ..Professional, courteous, and very thorough. They made sure we understood everything they did and said. They obviously had a lot of experience and knew exactly what they were doing. My wife really appreciated their protective shoes, which didn't mess up our hardwood floors, and they put protective guards on the walls and doorways, so their giant suction hose didn't scratch anything. We could instantly tell a significant improvement in our air quality. The before- and after-photos of our HVAC system were incredible... what a difference two hours makes with Zerorez.
