I was very impressed with the technician ability and attention to detail to work to remove the heavy stained areas.He went over a couple of places and treated it to get the area cleaned.The technician worked very fast and did not goof off while cleaning the carpet.the carpet dried a lot faster compared to other companies i have used in the past.Outstanding job.

Technician was thorough and honest about what Zerorez could and could not do with my carpet. I was a little disappointed with the results, however. In the past I feel Zerorez did a better job getting pet urine stains out. Overall, however, I was pleased and will use Zerorez again.
