In addition to his attentiveness, his friendliness made the visit ever so pleasant. I've used another more reasonable carpet cleaner company in the past. Saunders was our Zerorez representative, and he was excellent! He worked on three bedrooms and a bonus room, and spent 3 hours cleaning to ensure our carpets were clean. We had substantial pet damage, and after Saunders left the carpets looked and smelled great. Our Zerorez experience was great!
