My carpet was really old and bad from dogs, Cole did a fabulous job communicating with me via phone (I was at work) and the carpets look GREAT considering what they had to work with. I had a secondary stain show up the day after Zerorez cleaned the carpet. They promptly returned and removed the stain. Very professional.
