The only issue my fiance who was paying for the service had with the company, not the technician was that, he was asked to use our aluminum foil to cover the legs of the couch so that the chemicals wouldn't bleed into the carpet. He felt that with all the money we have to pay for service being provided to us, and even though we know the company doesn't move furniture, that is a material that should be provided to us instead of asking the consumer to so that you can complete the job.
But as I said before the technician and knowledge and work ethic were great. Thanks for the awesome job! It was really needed!
