The Tech, Josh, that came out did a great job. However, I was not satisfied with customer service. The original Tech did not show up for the appt. I texted and got no response, then called ZeroRez. The person that answered the phone told me I didn't have an appt, then had me hold for 10 minutes, then said that they were having trouble looking up my appt. They finally called me back and said the original truck broke down and that they'd send a new tech. I had to cancel a doctors appt at the last minute because of all this. Very frustrating.
