Our aged carpets were nicely cleaned by Zerorez on 28 MAY 2019. The company has good communication with confirmation & arrival details. The technician, Tomas, arrived as scheduled. He clearly explained the cleaning procedure & pricing, including area rugs. The carpets are fluffy & refreshed, even the heavy traffic areas. The citrus scent was very nice. The entire process was less than 2 hours for 2 rooms, 1 large room & a hallway. We have had a great experience with Zerorez & look forward to using this company again.
