Technician was very professional with his work and took great care to not damage anything when pulling equipment through the house. He explained the process and was able to clean any and all stains I pointed out to him.

The technician that was sent out was professional he was here within the time frame that I was given. I spent more money for this cleansing then I wanted and was not able to clean one bedroom that had spots on the carpet but the tech did try.

We have used Zerorez for several years and have always been pleased with the results. We have an inside dog and although she is well behaved and doesn’t have accidents, she still is part of the wear and tear on our carpets. Zerorez always makes the carpet look like new again.

I have a dog and they showed me that she has been peeing through out the house. They told me about the treatment that gets the urine out of carpet. Thanks to them my carpet is clean and fresh smelling
