The process really does clean the carpets, they look as good as new. The technician that came to my home named TYLER was outstanding, he explained the process and asked if I wanted to check the floors, after he completed each room. I was amazed at how new my floors looked. TYLER was polite and well experienced. He loved his job and provided outstanding customer service. He was the best!
The drying time is much shorter than with conventional rug cleaning systems.

It really works! We had some BAD stains-- especially in our carpeted dining room: smashed banana, tomato sauce, Play-Doh. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the stains came up. Our carpet overall looks so much better.

The technician arrived on time. Damien was very polite and explained the process. We discussed some pretty difficult stains whic he explained might not be something that would come out completely. After cleaning the carpets really looked great. We were very pleased. Damien also advised us that they clean area rugs as well as wood floor. Again we were very pleased with the cleaning and with Damien.
