Didn’t expect a miracle, my home carpet is far from new. I called scheduled the appointment without a problem. First cleaning went smoothly and tech was good. Next day I was a little disappointed the carpet was wet and still stained. I called customer service and they had no problem taking care of the situation. They had a technician out within 2 hours. The technician walked through looked at areas and immediately went to work. Problem solved even left me a bottle of cleaner. I highly recommend Zerorez. 😊👍🏼

I like seeing before and after pics. I do wish though Zerorez would’ve taken off the registers to disinfect too. I also wish they have cleaned up the debris that blew out from each register.

Carpet cleaning was amazing! Carpet from previous owners was very dirty and stained. I didn't think some of it would come out, but it did. All of it!

The knowledge and thoroughness of the technicians whom did a great job of cleaning the carpets.

Our appointment was scheduled with a date and time that worked for us. The technician arrived promptly after we received a call stating that he was on the way. Once here, he immediately examined the carpets and pointed out trouble spots. When finished, he encouraged us to check his work and let him know if there were any concerns. As usual, the carpeted rooms were left spotless and pleasantly scented. We especially appreciated that he left towels on our wooden stairs to absorb leftover water and warned us to be careful. Before leaving, he informed us of other services offered by Zerorez. We gratefully found the entire experience to be efficient, and professionally handled.

Your technicians, Abby Jeremiah N. and Sean were absolutely terrific and delightful to have on this job! And our carpets are sparkling clean. We are letting them dry for two days just to be sure. Abby and Sean really made sure the heavy duty spots were treated properly and came out shining like new. They got everything done in excellent time and order, and our house smells sweet and squeaky clean! They very professionally told me the cost of the extra items needed to make our carpets look, smell, and shine like new again.
Please put Abby Jeremiah and Sean down as the ones we would like to have come and do the carpets once a year - can you program that in your software somewhere - an annual cleaning with Abby and Sean? A reminder about this time each year would be great, and we'd love to have these two techs each time! Abby and Sean are winners!
