Our technician, Charles, was awesome! He was thorough and very detailed to the cleaning. He did advise to use the enzyme chemicals because unfortunately we have our oldest of three dogs that has cancer and is undergoing chemo therapy and the urine stains can not be taken out. He tried his best, but realizing the intensive medicine has stained the carpet, he went over it several times and it did fade the fluorescent yellow stain. Very professional and is a major asset to Zerorez company.
In addition, CJ was in the area as a technician at another location and he tried to call us because I forgot to get Charles to fill up our empty bottle of the Zerorez water, but CJ came by and dropped off full bottle of the Zeroez water and was professional to have done that in spite of not answering his call.
One great helluva company with these great technicians. Will never use anyone else.
