I thought I was getting my carpet cleaned for your special $139.00 and wound up paying $336.00 because where the dogs had peed on the carpet was extra!!!!! You should tell people when they believe they are paying you $139.00.
I would think also it would take more than 1 hour to clean three bedrooms, but I forget you do not move furniture. Have you ever thought about the senior citizens which call you that they are not able to move beds or dressers or recliners etc. which they have in their bedrooms.
Sorry next time I will use Stanley Steamers, they move your furniture and clean under it......

I literally told the technician he was up for a challenge! We were going to replace the carpets when we thought we were selling the house, so we didn't have them cleaned for over 18 months...light carpet and 3 large dogs is not a good mix. Well, they look and smell AMAZING!!! Even he said he should have taken before and after pictures!

At first I was worried about the cost vs our other carpet service, since you are a bit more expensive, but the cost was definitely worth it. And, best of all, the technician was really wonderful; courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I would love to have him come back again. Will definitely be calling you in 9-12 months!!!
