All the stains came out. The carpet smells so great and is so fresh and clean. Best of all is that it is sanitized which was so important to me. It looks like when I first bought it. Just deducted a point because I was told our carpet would be dry in a max of 8 hours and it is still damp 2 days later. But the tech was very nice and I thought did a great job overall.
