I Like the way Delaney responded to my complaint that I was displeased with the results of my carpet cleaning because of residual water and food stain. The team that cleaned the dryer vent was extremely professional and detailed.
I had both duct cleaning and carpet cleaning services last week. Two different trucks, two different crews. In both cases, the workers were personable, careful and seemed to have a good work ethic. In both cases I was 'pitched' add on services and products, but not over pressured. As far as I can tell, the services were effective and the prices I paid were not inexpensive, but reasonable for quality work.

Tech was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. She was running behind due to the previous customer, but was great at keeping me informed as to her expected arrival. This is our second time using Zerorez and have been very pleased with both experiences. We will definitely continue to use them.
