The floor looked very good once it was cleaned. The tech explained additional services he recommended well and explained why he suggested them. When we decided to not do additional services he explained that it could affect the warranty and outcome, but did so in an appropriate manner.

Tech was great. Again still waiting to see if stains return. Price on add on was very costly.
