The service rep was professional and knew the product well. Overall the carpet came out very clean. However, the service is on the expensive end of the spectrum.

I had 2 shoulder surgeries in less than 2 years so I had alot of spill stains. I was so thrilled Michael Jones got them all up. He was puntcual & very productive.
