Very through!!! Steve took time to explain what he would be doing in great detail. My carpets were awful with three elderly dogs...I was amazed and very happy with the end results!!! Steve was VERY professional...VERY knowledgeable and showed experience and sincere love for what he does!!VERY VERY pleased with Tech and the amazing results!!! Will definitely share with my friends and neighbors!!!....Steve deserves a 20...not a ten!!
