We have been wanting to use Zerorez here for years but was always told you don't service this area. Finally got you here and glad we did. You did an outstanding job and the service tech Caleb was excellent. He is a valued employee to Zerorez. He was very professional and didn't try to give us something we didn't need. He cleaned our dirty carpets and now they look new. I hope we can continue to get Zerorez to clean our carpets.

I like the prompt arrival, the professionalism, and the results from the cleaning.

I am impressed with products used no strong chemicals or chemical odors, I am an elderly person who suffers from COPD. and unable to breath strong chemicals. Finding a company who does not use strong cleaners, I found to be difficult. Not only that but carpet is not left soggy wet, and does dry in about 4 hrs. as your Rep. told me. Gets an A+ on this one.

You Representative was friendly and let us know what she would be doing. She was very thorough in her cleaning and made sure I approved job before leaving my home. Grade A+

Prompt and courteous..... explaining the process and what to expect in the end. Went above and beyond, stretching the hose over two gates because other cars were preventing him from parking close!

Good quality cleaning and sanitation.

I like the cleanliness, softness and freshness of the carpets after being cleaned by Zerorez. I usually have my carpets cleaned twice yearly by them and have always been very satisfied. Most recently, I had to have the technician come back out because he misjudged some spots and when the carpets dried, they resurfaced. He came back and humbly, but gladly cleaned the spots and since then everything is perfect!

Truly no sticky residue left behind. And, the tech, Devin, was an expert at his craft and very professional in the task.

No chemicals and the technicians are great. We recently had Byron out to deal with a significant pet stain on the stairs. He did a beautiful job! He was nice, courteous and worked quickly while doing an excellent job. He patiently answered our questions and let us know our options. Thank you Zerorez and Byron for a great experience!
