When they completed a section, they asked me to look at it to get my approval. They worked efficiently and were respectful to me and of my house. We had our carpet cleaned on July 31st. This was our second time to use Zerorez. We were very pleased with the cleaning job your technician did. He was very thorough and got out one bad spot we were worried about. Also, your technician was very polite, explained everything he was going to do and made us feel comfortable with him and the job he did.

We had the vent line from our Maytag clothes dryer cleaned out . Shawn Grant was very professional and congenial as well as thorough in his cleaning of our duct work. I would recommend this technician and Zerorez for anyone having duct work done.

Zerorez always does an excellent job cleaning our carpets. The service techs are friendly and fully explain the process. The tech also took 3 oriental carpets to be cleaned.

Our tech was a young man named Eadly (I think). He was so cordial and energetic. I rate him a a 10+++ employee!!! Please recognize him for his excellent service.

I must say that your texts, calls to my cell and calls to my home phone were overwhelming. Just because you are waiting for your client to confirm does not mean it was convenient for them to respond at the time.Too much!!!
