Time after time!

Tony was very thorough cleaning my sofa, ottoman, and carpeted areas. The ONLY issue I had was that when I scheduled my cleaning and wanted some rugs included, I was not made aware that they could not be cleaned onsite - they would have to be taken with Tony and returned at a later date. Unfortunately that was the main office's fault, not Tony's. Needless to say, having a party in a few days, he did not take the rugs.

The two men that came to clean out my ducts were friendly and professional. After an initial inspection, they walked me through what would be done as well as suggested additional services (they found a lot of mold throughout both systems). I appreciate the thorough process and would highly recommend Zerorez to others.

The carpet feels softer my carpet is 26 years old and looks very very nice . I've had Zerorez clean my carpet before and that's why I called again. The technician was very knowledgeable and extremely professional.
