Your technician, Emmanuel was AWESOME! He was very thorough and professional. We had a home that was previously occupied by renters who did not take care of the carpet. There were numerous spills in every room. Quite a challenge to get looking nice again. Emmanuel took extra time and special care to make sure I was pleased. Our carpets look great! I will definitely want him to clean my carpet next time around. ZEROREZ works miracles, especially with the right technician!

Your techs were very professional and were thorough in explaining and making sure I understood the service being provided.

The technicians who came out to clean out ducts where very nice and explained everything to us in detail. They showed us before and after pictures of our unit to ensure the job was done right. One thing I didn’t like was at every return that was cleaned out the residual dust was left on the floor. It would have been nice to have that vacuumed up after so there was not any trace of them ever having been there. Overall I am happy with the work done and will use Zerorez again!

ZeroRez always does a great job. This time, Jason has his work cut out for him.. between my aging dog and teenage messy daughter. He tackled all the stains and my rug hasn’t looked this good in years. Thank you!

Carpet looks and feels great. The guy did a great job. Just a point to make he didn't have any foam pieces to put under the furniture while the carpet was drying. Should alway have those on hand foe the customers.
