I have used Stanley Steamer services in the past to clean carpeting. Having pets, I needed the carpet deodorized. Weeks after they were done, the carpet still felt wet and dirty with impurities. I much prefer the wonderful products and service from Zerorez. Damien Williams arrived promptly, and began work immediately. He could see I have dogs, and didn't hesitate after letting me know the cost, but began treating spots on the carpet I never thought would come out. He went above and beyond just being courteous but is a wonderful representative of Zerorez!

William T. was our technician and we were very impressed. He arrived when he said he would, went over the spots and areas we wanted cleaned & went right to work. We also requested the protectant (I hope I'm not disappointed), asked that we not walk or put furnishings back for 4-6 hours, but we waited until this morning.

He did a great job.

Jason is very courteous and knowledgeable. He loves what he does and helping people to have beautiful rugs. The quality of work is wonderful. Our living room rug looks better than new!

The company was great about keeping me updated on the arrival time of the cleaner. While he was here, he was attentive and showed me exactly what he was going to be doing. He asked me to come and check his work as well once he had worked on a certain area. There were also two paint stains that he worked to try and get out and showed me. He explained that there was soap on the spots so he wasn't able to get them out, but I appreciated him trying two different ways to remove them. Lastly, they left two bottles of spot cleaner for future stains. I would use them again. I liked that I could walk on the carpets immediately and the drying time wasn't bad.

Tyson’s work ethic was exemplary. He was very thorough. For example, at the end of the hallway was a stain that he could have said originated in the bedroom. Without a word from me, he cleaned it. The carpets look great!

Unfortunately he was not able to eradicate the pet urine from a piece of furniture though he worked on it extensively.
