Wonderful! Our technician, Tilon M, was very polite and he did an awesome job cleaning our carpet. We had an area rug in our family room that when it was moved, you could see the imprint where it was and how dirty the carpet was around it. When he left and it dried, we could not see the imprint! He totally cleaned the carpet in the busiest part of the house. We have five dogs so the carpet gets a lot of wear.
We have used Zerorez before and will use them again!

I love how it doesn’t take all day for my carpet to dry and the fresh smell afterwards. I’ve been using Zerorez for the last two years and no one told me that I get lifetime supply of spot remover until Edley told me ( the technician) after he had finished. By the way, he was simply awesome!!!! Very personable and efficient!!! He did a great job!!!!
