I was impressed with Trayvonne. He was polite, professional, and really took care to do an excellent job with the cleaning of my carpeting!!

What I would have appreciated is that your office would have notified me of the time frame change for the day of my appointment. I was scheduled from 3:00-5:00pm; the customer service representative told me it would be closer to the 5:00 pm time frame.

I was in Snellville when I received the text message that the technician was on the way...this was about 2:00 pm. I had to hurry to get home, and my house was not picked up and ready for him to begin right away. He had to wait about 15 minutes before I was ready to let him come into the house. I felt bad I had to make him wait.

I feel Trayvonne should get in increase in pay because he was your outstanding technician for 2017 and I hope he keeps that title for 2018!!
