There was no strong odor in the cleaning solution for the carpet & therefore no lingering odor in the house. The carpet was thoroughly dry by the next morning, I was happy with that. Steve was our technician. He came within the time slot we were given. He was very polite, thoughtful, helped move a couple of small pieces of furniture. He did an excellent job in removing some stains that were in the carpet. I would recommend Zerorez & call you again.

I am so impressed with the performance of the technician who serviced my home carpet on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019. He was so professional in presenting himself from Zerorez. He explained the service by which he was to render as well as the cost incurred. With that he began to do his job.

What I especially like was after he had done the stairway and had a step or 2 to finish, he called me in to see the before and after effects of the steps he had cleaned. After completing the rooms to be cleaned, the technician asked that I take a look at the carpet to see if I was satisfied with his performance. I said, "Yes." The technician then went over the cost again and I signed. Really a job well done. I have already recommended Zerorez to 2 friends. My home smells fresh and the carpet looks brand new. The carpet even feels softer as I walked on it after drying. Those TV commercials advertising Zerorez are true. So glad I reached out to Zerorez. See you soon. We have had excellent service from our Zerorez workers, some going out if their way to get the job done. We always are pleased with the finished job and feel like our carpet has been cleaned in a green sort of way- no harsh chemicals, perfumes or suds! One agent, her name was Amber, was so awesome, she came back the next day to make sure the job was done right! Thank you Amber.
