I called Zerorez on Tuesday afternoon to come clean our carpets where we had an accident earlier in the day. They came out that day to clean the carpets. The tech told us that if the spots reappeared the next day to give him a call and he would come back out. The spots were back on Wednesday morning so we called and they came back out that afternoon, with a new machine that he thought would work better on the carpet. The second cleaning did the trick. We have not had a problem since. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and for your knowledgeable techs who clean the carpet.
