I had my ducts cleaned. I was very pleased with James and Mal. The 2 were very respectful of my husband I and each other. The process was thoroughly explained to us and we were then asked if we wanted to proceed. We did and the 2 went to work. Afterwards we were shown the before and after pictures, as promised. If all your technicians are as professional as James and Mal, I would recommend your company to everyone

I was incredibly impressed by how well my carpets came clean & by the 30 day guarantee. The couple of spots that came back were readdressed & are currently still clean. The technician was fantastic & honest about the above mentioned issues that would return, so I wasn’t caught off guard by anything.

The customer service was excellent. My technician worked hard to make my carpet look like new. He even provided me with education on how to maintain the cleanliness of my carpet and explained what he would be doing every step if the way.
