I made it once and I understand ONE confirmation, but then I get a text and two more reminders. STOP THE MADNESS. If I make an appt. Very professional. Pre and post photos prove what actually was accomplished. Did an excellent job sanitizing and cleaning ducts that we’re in the home of a heavy smoker. Not only removed the dust but also the tobacco odor.
