Jason was very professional and great attitude. Explained what was on the ticket and did the 3 rooms and hallway quickly and efficiently. What I really like is Zerorex has confidence in their techs to be good salesmen also. We discussed an area rug cleaning at a discount and we agreed and he loaded it in the truck to take it for cleaning. I would recommend Zerorez and Jason.

Non-Toxic for people and pets, technicians are friendly, knowledgeable about their product and not pushy about things you don't want done. Of course the carpets look wonderful afterwards too so it is a win/win for everyone.

Service person very polite and worked hard and did job thoroughly-notified customer service she left 2 left hand gloves in house- will keep for pickup! Would like for Zerorez to look at their policy for cleaning our bound area rug with padding in our living area- quote was needed to take back to plant for cleaning- cost for that was much more than we paid for the rug 6 yrs ago when we moved into this house- other companies have cleaned it with no damage noted- otherwise i will need to go to a competitor next time-i could understand if the rug were very valuable like an oriental rug!

Zerorez did an excellent job at cleaning my carpet. Chuck took his time to make sure all carpet stains were removed and was very informative about what was needed to thoroughly clean my carpets. He was easy to talk to and quite friendly. I was very pleased with this service.
The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He showed me everything he was going to do and we went over the floor when he finished.
The best part is that they guarantee the work for 30 days for spots that are still showing when the carpet it dry. I will be calling then back as I have a couple of trouble spots.
