The service person was on time, very pleasant, hard working and the carpet looked and smelled great. The carpet is at least 12 years old and it really cleaned up very well. We will call again and we will request the service person again!

This was my first experience with Zerorez and it was great. Emmanuel was so nice to deal with and was very passionate and knowledgeable about his job. I complete confidence in him. I like that you don’t use harsh chemicals. As an asthmatic, I try to keep as chemical free a home as possible and I’m able to do that with your service.
We use Zerorez for area rugs as well as in-home carpet cleaning. Always been happy with it. One issue, but a minor one. Last time, we got a small bathroom and a connected closet included in the "3 room plus hallway" special, but this time, we had an additional charge for the bathroom. No big deal, but thought I'd point it out. It will not deter us from continuing our relationship with you. Thanks for doing a good job!
