The service technician was great (Sam Powell). He was very professional and did a great job. Our carpet was a very light beige, so it was hard to notice some very minor spots until the carpet dried the next morning. We called ZeroRez and they sent the same technician out the very next day. All issues were resolved. We highly recommend this company.
