Service Technicians arrived on time, and was very helpful in providing much needed and appreciated knowledgeable information about the importance of having dryer system cleaned regularly as a preventive measure.

We received a discount because we brought the rugs to the factory and picked up rugs. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed greatly by the services of Paul and Gerard. They were at the car to carry the rugs before we had to ask. I was informed immediately of the price for cleaning as well as the type of repairs that would be completed. The rug was special to me since it was purchased by my mother and father approximately 65 years ago. Each of the employees immediately realized the importance of the rug and the memories to me.

Zerorez did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets. The guy who cleaned the carpets was quick, throe, respectful and charismatic. My husband made a comment that he would not be able to get a paint stain off the carpet and the cleaner came and got me and said where was that stain? It was gone and he was smooth! After all that he also cleaned the small little porch area on his way out! We got excellent service from Zerorez!!!

Your technician Jason was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time (with a call ahead). Jason wore protective booties over his shoes and used plastic barriers to protect our doors and stair rails from being damaged by the hose. He did a great job. Our carpets are very clean.
