I'm okay with the carpet. I was disappointed that I did not receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the technician as stated in the email sent to me before the cleaning. If you have no intention of calling, then why bother to put the statement in the email. Consequently the technician had to wait before he could begin the cleaning. I don't understand why you advertise a cleaning price and then tack on a $16 fee at the time of booking. Why not just be honest with your printed ads and your tv commercials.

Very professional and friendly crew. The before and after pictures were very informative. As a matter of fact, the after pictures looked as if all the duct work had been replaced with new. That's how clean they were!

Carpet really has a clean appearance and seems more resistant to soiling than with previous carpet cleaning companies. Will continue to call Zerorez for our carpet cleaning needs.
