Every time I would vacuum there was at least a half inch of dirt in the container because it was so embedded into the carpet that I couldn’t see! James D. and the guy who was with him (I feel bad I can’t remember his name) did an AMAZING job and were so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I can finally walk barefoot in my home!!! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone and will be using again in the future.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The price was very reasonable. The technician was friendly, courteous, explained everything he was doing. My carpets look great and I love that there are no chemicals. They even give you a spray bottle of spot cleaner. I am very satisfied with Zerorez.

My tech was awesome! Explain everything and took his to get it all done in a timely manner. Please share note with techs , I told the appointment person to make sure he uses Waze to get to my home ... none of that was translated or transferred to the tech. Still a great experience!

I love that chemicals are not used. I love how clean the carpets got!
I loved that the technicians educated me on what products would be best for the longevity of the carpet but did not try to strong-arm me into upgrading.
I have already recommended Zerorez even before this survey. :)
