This is the first time we have used Zerorez service. Jason W. was very courteous from beginning to end. He arrived on time and was very respectful of our time. Jason wore covering over his shoes the entire time he was in our home, removing them only to go outside for additional supplies. He described the service for each carpet he was cleaning and offered additional products to safeguard the carpets for the future. I will certainly use this service again - and definitely will ask for Jason W!

The service technician deserves a ten. He made an effort to explain and cover each cost, ask any questions he needed to clarify, and was so pleasant. It was a difficult time for him as I had a small emergency to take care of just as he arrived. He handled everything so well!

I'm embarrassed as I thought I had completed this shortly after the completion and hit submit. I'm not sure what happened, but want to make sure he gets the credit!

Person did a great job on Cleaning the carpet. He was punctual, very polite and took all of the necessary precautions. One high traffic area was not as good as I'd hoped, but maybe it was as good as it could get.
