We had used Zerorez previously for carpet cleaning, but had never had a rug cleaned. We had a large kitchen rug that was a favorite, but was old and very soiled so our expectations were not high. We called Zerorez to pick it up for cleaning. We were blown away when it was returned. It was so clean it almost looked new. We also enjoyed meeting Jason who picked up the rug and returned it after it had been cleaned. He worked hard to accommodate our schedule for pickup and delivery and was so friendly and helpful.
