I drove to the Norcross location on Saturday, 11/02, to drop off an area rug to be repaired and cleaned. After I arrived, I found out the office wasn't open, but the guys who were there came outside to help me. They took my rug inside, got my name and number to have someone call and give me a quote when the office opened on Monday. They also got me a bottle of their empowered water. The service was above and beyond the call of duty. I couldn't have asked for better service and truly appreciate the time they took to help me.
The technician was great, I think his name was Byron, I am bad with names.

Removed all doors from the carpet and I have 5 animals. Lots of stains. Stains only a little better but the stains have been there for a while. Next time will try the recommendation of the stain pad
