I had a really good experience with Zeroez once again. The dispatcher was wonderful! My mother had a last minute appointment that caused me to be away from my home when the technician arrived. When the dispatcher called to update me that the tech was on the way to my home, I told him I had an emergency and he kindly rerouted the technician and moved my appointment to the end of the day. I was so grateful. The technician Eddly was a joy. He was personable and very respectful of my furniture and belongings. He asked before he began to treat my carpets, he asked if I had any questions and took time to verify the final purchase price. I will have Zeroze back before Christmas and of course name request the technician. I routinely see your trucks in my neighborhood and I've mentioned the quality service to several family members. I was very very pleased.

I've used Zerorez at this property before and have been very satisfied. This is the best the carpet has looked since we had it installed. The technician we had this time was efficient, knowledgeable, very communicative, on time after between the 2 of us we were able to schedule a time sooner than expected. I would love to have this same technician again.

Very easy process to get carpet cleaned.

The techs are always professional and the results are top notch. I’ve tried Stanley Steamer before when I couldn’t get an appointment with Zerorez . The results were definitely not the same. I know for a fact to stick with Zerorez!

Carlos did a fantastic job, was very friendly, helped my mother move some furniture that he didn't have to. Carpet looked new when he was finished. Zerorez made a good decision hiring Carlos. I will request Carlos when I'm ready to get my carpet cleaned.

I was pleased with the outcome of the clean overall. The rep told me it would take 5-6 hours to dry but ultimately it took closer to 20 hours to dry completely so you may not want to share with your customers that it dries so quickly.

Friendly and professional services and came back out to get a tough stain out that didn't lift the first time

The techs were very friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy to complete their tasks. They finished within their estimated time-table. My only problem was our main floor furnace lost power, and we called our HVAC serviceman who found a blown fuse on the power board.
