My house smelled very clean and the carpets looked great after the cleaning. Carlton was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. I have to admit I was skeptical of the “hydrometer” which indicated moisture in the padding from very old pet stains although I did agree to the extra room treatment for it. I was surprised to see only 1 person show up. Although I’d already moved out all furniture I could manage myself, I had to assist with lifting chairs and sofas to place aluminum foil under the feet. If I’d not been able to do that, I’m not sure I’d be as happy with the cleaning because many areas of the room would’ve not been cleaned. Carlton deserves kudos for his friendliness and professionalism. My only suggestion is to have an assistant to accompany him.
The service was provided professionally. The technician was eager to do a good job and please us. I think his name was Jason. We were happy with the results.
Mike Jones was my tech, and did a wonderful job. I wasn’t sure if my carpet could be saved, but with Zerorez I’ll be able to keep it for another year.
