Good customer experience. The tech was very good and courteous. The only suggestion would be that when pricing add on request, give the best price on the original request. i.e, we wanted to add area rug 6x10 and was given a price of $200 so we declined. The tech came and offered the service for $100. This could raise concerns as to why the price should have not been $100 on the original request. Not complaining about the quality or overall experience, only a suggestion.

I like the UV system on my Heat and Air Unit because I have some respiratory issues and need the UV system to prevent any moisture and mole from developing in that area of my home. The service providers were very knowledgeable and shared all of the needed information with me; such as pictures of the work they did. I really appreciated that because otherwise I would not have known what they did. He also gave me a suggestion on when to check for replacing the bulb. I really appreciated the service and they gave me a bottle of Zerorez treated water cleaner. Thanks.
