Well this didn't start off very well, the first time my carpets were left dirty. Maybe the tech was just tired that day. However Zerorez sent a tech by the name Darius Jolly out to go over any of my issues and the results were awesome!
The rooms look great. Even the areas where there were high traffic Zerorez Atlanta did a professional clean. I would recommend highly.
The Tech (Chyna F.) was polite, a comedian but professional. When we had questions she answered them in details. When there was a concern about certain areas, Chyna would spot check . She even educated us on what causes the areas to collect dirt and reasons for dark areas. She was a master at her art. The rugs looks great and Chyna gave us a feeling of family.
