We were very satisfied with the air duct service performed on our HVAC unit. The specialists recommended that we get the lifetime mold prevention service because of the existing mold within our air ducts after showing us pictures of what they found before starting their work. Ed and Brandon were very professional and took great care of us along with explaining the service and answering all questions to keep us informed.

Our cat had peed on our rug. Zerorez did an excellent job on cleaning and removing the smell. Also I was very impressive with the the gentleman that moved the rug into our home. They were extremely careful and professional.

My favorite part of Zerorez- they truly restore carpet, we have used them for years on our rental properties and are never disappointed! Also, no residue so they stay clean longer!
Great company and employees are awesome!! Gave a 9 instead of a 10 due to a mishap during the physical cleaning of my rugs. Otherwise very happy with Zerorez.
