The staff is professional and efficient. The area rug cleaning service is thorough and effective. Their process removed a few stains that I thought would never come out. My rugs are clean and revitalized. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

My carpets were in pretty rough shape. Tyrone did a great job. There are a few spots that are still noticeable, but it is 90% better. I am very satisfied with the result.
