DeShawn was awesome— very friendly, professional, engaging, polite, helpful (and for anyone concerned about COVID, he took every necessary precaution). It was VERY much appreciated!! Apparently my mother’s nose is failing her because it was nasty before the cleaning— 2 cats and a dog, and with plenty of animals past... I’m so happy I didn’t spend two days shampooing and I just called y’all instead!!!! Thank you! Please tell DeShawn thank you, also. Great service! Next time I hope to have hardwoods, but the ducts will be on the list, and I’ll request DeShawn because it’s so nice to find people you trust who do an excellent job.

The Technicians Dont'a and Cody were amazing. They were very patient and explained the process, with pictures, displayed on the HVAC System were the Blower Fan and Filter was located, etc.
The only thing I was concerned with is the Additional Charge for the Blower Fan, etc I tried explaining to the Manager, Matthew numerous times the individual that booked my Dad's appointment "Did not", state there was going to be an additional cost for that item, etc. I explained to him had I known that I would have mentioned that detail to my 89 year old Dad. He just continued to say and assume the Representative stated that. Also, he stated he could go back and view the recording. Can you please do that? Also, I shared with him my Dad had construction performed in his house and I'm not sure if the Ducts had ever been cleaned since 1950 and that it did not make since for Zeroez to clean ducts and not clean the Blower Fan. I asked for an additional reduction in my Dad's bill and he said Dad had all ready got compensation. He deducted the $50 special and the travel fee. We just didn't expect to have to pay an additional $100.
I "LOVE" Zerorez Technology for Carpet Cleaning and I knew I wanted you guys to clean my Dad's Ducts. Again, I will all ways recommend Zerorex, stay safe and Have an Amazing Day!

The gentleman who came to clean my carpet was professional and efficient. He did an outstanding job describing the service, treatment plan and cost. This is the second time that I’ve scheduled Zerorez to clean my carpets, and I would certainly call them again!

In these difficult Virus times, I would like to commend our fine technician, I think it was Jason, but am a bit hard of hearing and the mask he wore (WAY to GO Yay) may have muffled it a bit. Nonetheless, he was prompt, professional, and did a great job.
