Our technician, Mr. Jason Tugwell, 22 year old Jamaican identified and greeted us exactly 1 minute earlier than scheduled. He was happy, wearing a wonderful smile, rJason was professionally attired, even wearing the shoe covers as he was shown the areas that we desired to have cleaned. At some early point uring the cleaning process and upon my questioning, Jason explained the "powered water" cleaning process concept to include explanations of acetic/alkalinic properties as to he was actually using right at that very moment. (As a former college chemistry major from many decades ago, I found out that our young technician Jason was absolutely correct in his responses and was "spot on" in all of his answers.)
Overall, Zerorez exceeded our expectations as to what the carpets would look like after the cleaning and drying process and am grateful that Zerorez trains it's technician's to the level that Jason Tugwell possesses.

Each time my carpets are cleaned by zerorez, the technicians are very professional and thorough.
First time used them, service tech took time to answer all my questions before starting and was well protected for doing services in the pandamic conditions we are experiencing.
Upon completion he related a couple of areas I should be aware of. Would ask for Thomas for future cleanings.
