This is the second year that I have used this company. Field Tech, Jared was the best! I forgot that I had rescheduled my appointment and I received a call just like they promised...but I was asleep. I got up and was so embarrassed and Jared was so calm and assured me everything was fine. We reviewed what rooms needed to be focused on. And he did a top notch job. I have had my carpets clean before from other companies...but OMG...he was able to get the edge of the carpets cleaned too. His focus to detail was and is the BEST!

I was contacted via email a day before the cleaning and I received a phone call from dispatch on the day of the service. The service technician was prompt and extremely professional. I was thoroughly pleased by the results and quality of the work performed. I would definitely use ZeroRez in the future.

The tech was very thorough and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the options and his recommendations specific to my carpets. The fact that zero rez does not nickle and dime on room size and things like that make me comfortable adding on more options. Very good overall experience. Glad we did it. I just wish you had a view cost effective option for rugs!
