The young man who was sent to my home to perform the Zerorex services was fantastic! His name was Edley, and he was kind, courteous, and so personable. He did a great job, and he should be the face of Zerorez. Because of him, I give a 10+.

Except for the fact he missed a couple of places. The system cleans awesome. I had several places where I used Resolve and it left white places on my carpet. Your system worked and removed the white patches. Great job on my sofa. I will recommend to Great Cover Up. The Owner wanted me to let her know the out come. I am thankful you are sending someone back to fix my little problems

This was a call back due to continued pet odors ( after an application of your pet disinfectant) ... I appreciated the option to call back and get a retreat due to bad odors when we first initiated service. The technician did a fine job 1st time ... but odors were bad. I explained this all to customer service when I called to get the second appt. We just wanted a re-treat as we still smelled urine. Same technician came and said he had to call his manager because he thought it was new odor ... he was confused, a bit defensive that we were questioning his work. Not the issue at all, not his fault... Our carpets were still smelly despite his good job. He agreed to re-treat and hoping this works.
