Edley did a good job on our carpets, was very polite and attentive. Unfortunately, just as last year the Zerorez van leaked transmission fluid or oil all over my driveway. I worked for an hour trying to get it off to no avail. The next time we have them clean our carpets I’ll throw a piece of cardboard under the van.

My only complaint is I received a better coupon via email literally the day after my service. I was fairly disappointed I could have saved more money and had more rooms cleaned. Makes me hesitant to book again in the future since I can’t be for certain I’m receiving your best deal.
