Your carpet tech did an amazing job. I love the fact that the floor is actually clean when she's done. Other carpet companies leave stains and act as if we can't remove this or we can't remove that, you feel you wasted your money when they are finished. I feel my money is well spent not one stain is left behind, you will be my go to floor people.

Timely, professional, courteous, and affordable

The representative arrived 5 minutes before the appt due time. That is very different from what I've experienced in the past. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the services before starting the job. He invited me to view a room at a time to ensure satisfaction before moving on to the next room. The representative offered several products that would help care for my carpet. A full explanation was delivered and the rep asked me if I had any questions about anything in particular before he left for the day. He also explained why it was important to allow the carpet to fully dry before traffic was starting again.

The rep advised that I would receive a receipt by email in a short time, and I did. Overall I was very pleased and satisfied with the work from ZEROREZ. My carpet looks like new again and I could'nt be happier. I highly recommend you to everyone as far as my voice can be heard!
