Zerorez technicians are very friendly and professional. They are willing to answer my questions about the best care or service for any problems that concern me. I watch for their special offers and try to schedule them twice a year to keep everything looking fresh.

The technician was very knowledgeable and actually explained the treatment administered very well.

We are very please with the service and products used to clean our carpets. The technician work very well with the layout of the rooms and prepared the corners with protection. He also cleaned the walls and light switches.

I appreciate 1) not using the lack of harmful chemicals, 2) speed of performing the work, 3) speed of drying and 4) price competitiveness. I wish that you all had a better method of communicating internally since each time there is a different guy or agent and you have to sit through all the stupid 'sales'y crap' again even though I'm a regular customer...??? Thats seriously annoying. Set up a system to hand off between yourselves so that I don't have to re-educate someone every time.

We have used Zerorez for at least 15 years. We have Siberian Huskies who love to dig in this Georgia dirt and then precede to come in and clean their dirty paws on my white berber carpet. With out fail, Zerorez gets the dirt out and leaves the carpet looking clean and fresh.
