There were no strong chemical smells and the technician was very professional. My only negative issue was the cost for disinfecting spot areas. $40 seemed exorbitant. I had 3 areas but couldn't afford the additional $120.

It doesn't leave an overpowering linger. Just smells clean, not like some masked odor cover-up smell. Very professional and courteous.

We had several rooms carpet cleaned, stairs cleaned and a rug cleaned. The service person was very polite and did an excellent job of explaining the process. The rug we had cleaned happened to need the backing reglued, unbeknownst to us. The company re-glued it at no charge and then delivered the clean rug and it looks great. We appreciated that extra service.
